Strict No Refund Policy At Sharp Shots Academy & Spa we take pride in providing exceptional services and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our valued clients. In order to maintain our high standards and commitment to excellence, we have implemented a very strict no refund policy. We want to clearly communicate our policy to you, so please read the following details carefully. First and foremost, we do not offer refunds or credit for any unused services. Once a service or training has been purchased, it is considered as rendered. We understand that circumstances may change, but we are unable to provide refunds/ or credit for services that have not been availed. Additionally, we do not offer refunds/ or credit for cancellations. We allocate our resources and staff based on scheduled appointments, and a cancellation can result in lost opportunities for other clients. Therefore, any cancellations made within [24 hours] of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund or credit . Furthermore, we do not provide refunds or credit for no-shows. When a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it not only disrupts our operations but also denies other clients the opportunity to avail our services. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for missed appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage our clients to communicate with us in such situations. While we are unable to provide refunds, we may be able to reschedule your appointment or offer credit towards future services, subject to availability and based solely at our discretion.
