Cancellation Policy
Training Program Policy Disclosure By purchasing any training program through Sharp Shots Academy & Spa, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 1. Strict No Refund Policy All training purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a training program is purchased, it is considered rendered in full. Our instructors and staff make detailed plans and bookings based on each purchase, including securing conference centers, reserving training facilities, and scheduling staff travel. For these reasons, a strict no refund policy is in place. 2. Traveling Training Locations Any training event held outside of San Antonio, Texas is considered a traveling training location. Traveling trainings may be cancelled and rescheduled at any time if fewer than three (3) bookings are reserved for the scheduled training date. Such cancellations or reschedules may occur with or without prior notice. 3. Responsibility of Booking Clients It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing client to call Sharp Shots Academy & Spa to confirm class availability. Confirmation must be made 7 days prior and again 3 days prior to the scheduled training date. The Academy will not be held responsible for miscommunications if the client does not confirm. 4. Travel & Accommodations Sharp Shots Academy & Spa is not responsible for any hotel, flight, or travel accommodations booked by the client. Clients assume all risk and responsibility for their travel arrangements in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.
